QTCs are independently owned and operated. bluebird bio does not have oversight of any QTC or the medical care they provide. QTCs decide whom they will evaluate for treatment based on various factors, including but not limited to, patient age, insurance coverage and capacity for new patients. Contact the QTC or my bluebird support for additional information.
